Arm Readiness Snapshot

If your pitcher is cleared β€” but you’re unsure whether today should be intensity, light catch, or recovery β€” use this quick readiness filter.

This is not a diagnosis. It’s a clarity tool.

Step 1 β€” How Does the Arm Feel?

  • No soreness, normal feel
  • Mild stiffness that improves with warm-up
  • Persistent tightness or guarding

Step 2 β€” What Happened in the Last 72 Hours?

  • Game or high-effort bullpen
  • Light throwing only
  • No throwing

Step 3 β€” What Does Movement Look Like Today?

  • Normal rotation and rhythm
  • Slightly restricted but improving
  • Shortened motion or altered delivery

How to Interpret This

If soreness is low, exposure has been moderate, and movement looks clean β†’ intensity may be appropriate.

If soreness exists, exposure was high, and movement is altered β†’ today likely points toward recovery or light rebuild.

If uncertainty remains β†’ evaluate Arm Readiness vs Clearance.

Readiness is not about pain alone. It’s about exposure + movement + recovery alignment.
